On October 22, 2026, Northwest Sarcoma Foundation hosted its inaugural Legacy of Light, a beautiful evening of remembrance, hope, and togetherness. Surrounded by the warm glow of lanterns along our River of Light, families, friends, and supporters gathered to honor those we have lost, celebrate those continuing their journey with sarcoma, and share the strength of a community united by love and hope. We hope this special evening will become a cherished annual tradition.

 

Perhaps the most meaningful moments came from hearing the personal stories of families whose lives have been touched by sarcoma. Their courage, resilience, and love remind us why our mission is so important. We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined us and to those who continue to support our work. Together, we will keep shining a light on sarcoma, supporting families, and working toward a future free from this devastating disease. No one faces sarcoma alone.
