The patient assistance packet is an informational packet provided by the Northwest Sarcoma Foundation for newly diagnosed sarcoma patients and their families. This patient packet is an informational packet containing helpful links, questions to ask your doctor, patient stories, and a calendar to help keep track of appointments and medical professional's contact information.
The Northwest Sarcoma Foundation is a non-profit organization that supports sarcoma patients and survivors in a five state area, which includes: Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Montana and Idaho. The Foundation is intended to be a place of support and education for those who are living with sarcoma and other rare bone tumor diseases. Additionally, we hope to be a support resource for friends, family and caregivers.
